Superpoint agrees to use all necessary means to ensure the optimal provision of the services it offers to site users. It shall not be held liable in the event of a force majeure occurrence or any circumstances beyond its control, including in the event of a service interruption resulting from a failure of the telephone network or the site user's internet service provider.

Finally, Superpoint shares links on its site to other sites; Superpoint shall not be held liable for access to these sites or their content.


HYPERLINKS

This site authorizes the creation of hyperlinks to its content, providing that deep linking is not used and that the source is mentioned. However, authorization is not granted to websites sharing content that is offensive to human dignity, public order and good morals.
